Sessions are usually done over the phone or via zoom, whichever you prefer.
It’s hard to say exactly what a session will look like because it is different for every person that comes. We’ll start by listening to your experiences and move from there. I’ll be listening between the words for needs that are unmet, patterns that are perhaps unseen and gifts/abilities/resources unrecognised or under utilised.
Once we’ve got a good sense of the patterns and dynamics that are at play, we’ll begin looking for leverage points. Ways to interact and affect the momentum of habitual perceptions, reactions and stories.
Where we encounter trauma (undigested distress) we might use breath, movement, self-compassion, somatic enquiry processes or guided visualisations, which include practices for you to take home.
I work in many areas but people often seek me out for grief counselling, relationship counselling and parenting support; as well as personal and spiritual development.

I help parents navigate the challenges that come with modern parenting as well as individuals who need support in any aspect of their life.
